I'm not exactly sure what the heck APWA is, but I want everyone to know one thing about Buddy. Buddy is not a monster, he is a sweet, caring, loving creature who we really care about. We want Buddy home so we can protect him from people who say he is a monster, and of course so we can finish our work for our art project. Thanks to everyone that's helping us try to find him. Our Orlando team has reported that he appears to be heading West, but they're unable to determine exactly where.
