Anyway I've tried a few different methods. I thought it was a word for word cipher thing, maybe like a vigenere or something. No luck. I'm not too familiar with various languages (though it doesn't look like anything I've ever seen before). It came from someone other than the APWA too which is even more nerve wracking. Someone trying to help I hope!

Slight update from Texas: Our team found evidence that Buddy was in Houston some time before the Atlanta fiasco. We're looking for more evidence which may help put together some of the pieces into how the APWA is involved in this situation (maybe we can discover how he's traveling around the world).

Huttese? What the heck is Huttese? Is that some small 3rd world country or something?
Not as small as you might think. I recognized the language as soon as I saw it. Obviously you’re not going to give up Buddy, but you should be careful how you reply. Hutts tend to get what they want, one way or another. I recommend you be respectful, and try to stall.

and maybe work on your Rancor taming or Force-rock-thorwing skills, because if its Hutts leading a weird animal organization... I'd want to be prepared... and watch out for trap doors!
OMG you're talking Star Wars' Hutt huh? Someone must be screwing with my head or something. No I do not intend to give Buddy up to anyone, he's family now.
